The tool consists of 26 sub-skills and 19 specialized agents, with up to 17 agents analyzing the site concurrently. The scope covers various areas including local SEO, e-commerce, international SEO, and backlink profile analysis, checking Google Business Profile reviews and map pack rankings. All recommendations follow Google's latest guidelines, treating AI search optimization as an extension of basic SEO.
Installation and first run
It requires Claude Code 1.0.33 or higher and Python 3.11 to 3.14. The installation uses an isolated runtime to avoid affecting other parts of the system, and you can check the status at any time with the /seo doctor command. For the first diagnosis, simply paste the site URL using a command like /seo audit https://example.com.
Data ownership and cost structure
This is a free open-source tool distributed under the MIT license, with no per-site fees, usage limits, or tracking features. Analysis data is not sent to third parties and is managed only as files stored on your computer. If a Google API key is not connected, Core Web Vitals are provided as laboratory estimates, and indexing status is inferred from the page. A full diagnosis uses the Opus model for five agents that require judgment and the Sonnet model for the rest, consuming more Claude plan usage than single-page analysis. You can directly change the model for each agent in the files within the agents/ folder.
Suitable scenarios and points to note
It is suitable for SEO agencies needing weekly diagnostics for major clients, internal SEO teams at SaaS, publishing, or e-commerce companies, and freelance consultants who want to show actual scores and improvements in initial meetings. It is slower than crawlers like Screaming Frog, but it differentiates itself by explaining findings, sorting them by impact, and allowing follow-up questions in English. Pages that load content only after scrolling or clicking may produce noisy results, and some data is provided only as estimates without a Google API key. Extensions are optional, and the tool functions completely with basic features alone.
